Roles & Responsibility
- Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Leads for the Sales team and scheduling of phone-based meetings with the senior managers.
- Responsible for connecting with CXO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment.
- Reaching out to prospective clients & lead generation through cold calling and client presentations
- Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning Collar Search.
- Present key selling points, features, and benefits while remaining focused on the prospect’s needs and expectations.
- Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budgets.
- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision-makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future.
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- Full time graduates or postgraduates
- 1 year – 2 years of experience into B2B Sales.
- Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
- Commitment to exceed targets
- Must have experience in selling in the international market.
- Cold calling experience is mandatory
